Ordered the wrong size? No problem
You can exchange the bed size as long as it has not been used and is in its original packaging. The exchange can be made within 14 business days from the date of receiving the product.
The exchange cost is 20€ for the return delivery, plus the price difference between sizes if applicable.
The courier will come directly to your address, collect the current bed, and replace it with the size you requested.
